One of my big roll in our team is creating a friendly user experience for the site visitors that is easy to use, navigate and most importantly, accessible and transparency detail for donation process. The non-profit organization has a good cause for mother nature and the public, so our goal is to design the user flow to be more easy access and reduced user fustration from leaving the site.

Confirm
High-stakes Actions
A confirmation dialogue is a straightforward way to give the user a chance to pause and double-check their action. A confirmations disrupt a user’s workflow; if they get asked “Do you really want to do that?” after every decision, the user will get annoyed and (worse) will eventually ignore these dialogues altogether. So we only used confirmations on destructive actions like confirming donation to the non-oprofit or personal information related.



Give Real-time Warnings
Giving subtle, contextual warnings while a user is actively making an error can help them to quickly and accurately correct it. Install these warnings in areas where you know users are likely to make mistakes.




Redesign Non-profit
Organization
Elevated the aesthetic of overall website, reconstructed the flow to be more user friendly and transparent of the donation process. Micro-interactions like slides and hover-effects are embedded throughout to allow users to choose what information they want to see, while maintaining a fluid overall feel. We can optimize the and encourage the donation to help our mission, keep the nature trails clean and safe and also become a healthy social platform for the public.
